No. Elite is a mixed boarding school. All our students reside at school for the entire duration of the school term.
Cut off points are usually determined by the performance of students at national level. Since the results for 2023 haven’t yet been released, we haven’t yet set our cut off points but anyone with a first grade in PLE and UCE stands a good chance of getting admission in S.1 and S.5 respectively.
Girls are allowed to grow their hair as long as they can maintain it well kempt all the time. They are however not allowed to plait the hair. The boys are encouraged to keep their hair short all the time.
Recently we put up a banner reading “Elite High School Science & Technology”. This was meant to show the emphasis and importance we attach to science. We have heavily invested in science infrastructure and human resource and this is directly reflected in the excellent results of our students in national exams.

Yes, clubs are an integral part of the school program. Every student must belong to at least one club. We have clubs like Interact, Wildlife, YES club, Debating Club, ICT club and so many others.
